Andrea comes with a wealth of experience from ground to board level in her career of selling homes that spans over 25 years in both family run and corporate businesses, handling part exchange, mainstream and luxury homes.
With her passion for selling and supporting the housing sector and in new homes Andrea knows the importance of the customer journey which is incredibly important. Selling, buying, and consulting in the homes area is ever changing and thus her experience to understand local and wider market is a strength that customers will benefit from.
Sam has 10 years’ experience in the construction industry from small self-build projects to large scale new home developments / commercial & retail developments in both family run and corporate businesses. Trained as a Quantity Surveyor Sam’s commercial awareness ensures you maximize your schemes potential to ensure the best outcome is achieved. Over the last year Sam has stepped away from the 9-5 Quantity Surveying lifestyle to focus on Two Can Properties & Estates where he works proactively consulting / cost managing and directly with our homes sales customers both vendors and buyers.
They kept me up to date weekly, sometimes daily with updates and progress of the sale. I love the passion they had for my home and effort they went to for me and my buyer.
